Online Auction Terms and Conditions

Bidding Instructions: To participate in Loveland Online Auctions, You must first Register for a Bidders Number by clicking on the Register to Bid button. During Registration, You will be asked to agree to our Sale Terms and Conditions which will be listed under Sale Details on the first page of every active sale...

Once you have completed Registration, your Bidder Number will be sent to you via email. Your Password will not be included in the email, so please make a note of it while completing Registration. If you forget your Password, you can have a reminder sent to you via email by entering your registered email address in the box provided....

Buyer's Contract: Your internet Bids are a Legal Binding Contract and you are Responsible for honoring them...

Deadlines and Closing for Internet Bidding: Items will begin to close at the rate of three (3) items per minute at the Scheduled Date and End Time of the online Sale, and will sell to the winning internet Bidder at that time. Items will close in the order listed on the Loveland Online Website. All Sales feature an automatic extension system that allows a five minute extension to the end of any item that may receive a bid in the final few minutes of the sale. The item will close when the five minutes have elapsed without any further bidding...

Item Descriptions: All items are sold AS IS-WHERE-IS...We do our absolute best to make sure that any obvious flaws are pointed out and that all items are exactly as described. However, we do not assume that our assessment will be the same as yours. Most of the items we sell are Antique, Vintage or Used. There will at times, be items that show signs of wear appropriate with age and we will not list every flaw associated, as these are to be expected. Public Preview Inspections will be offered for the sole purpose of allowing you to see the items in person before placing a Bid. If there are any questions pertaining to Condition, please make arrangements to attend the preview and Bid accordingly...

Payment Forms Accepted: Winning Bidders who will be picking up their items in person can pay for purchases during the designated pick-up and payment times listed on each Auction. We accept Cash, Checks, and up to $500.00 on Visa or MasterCard with No Surcharge. Winning Bidders with questions on how to make payments should contact Loveland Online Auctions.com...

If you can not Pay for and pick-up items during specified times, Please Do Not Bid...

Sales Tax: All sales are subject to Tax Laws. Vendors must provide the appropriate Vendors License Information prior to the end of sale. Once we receive your information, you will not be required to resend it for future sales unless requested by Loveland Online Auctions...

Increasing your Bid: Many Bidders routinely increase their bids to allow them to be the high bidder on a given item.The system will ask you to Review your bids to insure accuracy. Please pay close attention to prevent you from placing a bid in error. Also, make note that if you place your bid in the “Your Bid” box instead of “Your Maximum” box, the bid will immediately increase to the amount you entered (unless another bidder had a higher maximum bid). If you are already the high bidder and bid against yourself to increase your maximum bid, the bid amount will increase by one bid increment from the current bid amount...

Bidding Errors: If you make a mistake placing your bid before 24 hours of sale close, please contact lovelandonlineauction.com immediately to request necessary corrections. If the mistake is made within 24 hours of Auction close, the bid will remain as entered due to the fact that your bid(s) may prevent other bidders from placing competing Bids. We will do our best to watch the sale closing to ensure that obvious mistakes are corrected immediately, but we will not be responsible for individuals increasing their own bid(s) and therefore alienating other potential Bidders. Bid early or Bid often, but please do not wait until the final minutes and bid under pressure. This will make for a much more Pleasant and Stress free Buying experience...

Shipping: If you win an item that can be easily boxed and shipped and would like it shipped to you, please reply to the invoice you receive following the sale close with your request. We will be happy to ship your items to you for actual shipping fees plus an additional $2.50 per item handling fee. Payment for items to be shipped must be paid on or before scheduled pick-up time and prior to Shipping. Please provide a Visa or MasterCard number preferably before scheduled pick-up time to expedite the shipping process. Your card will be charged the combined total of the purchase amount, associated taxes, actual Shipping charges and Handling fees. A revised invoice including Shipping and Handling charges will be sent with your order. Items will be shipped within three (3) business days of receipt of payment...

Professional Pack and Ship Services: We will work with Professional Shipping Companies to pick up and prepare your items for shipping. Payment for items to be picked up and prepared by professional shippers must be made by providing a Visa or MasterCard number before items will be released. We will invoice you for the actual sale amount only. You will be contacted separately to make payment to the shipper for the pack and Ship charges once the items are ready for shipment. You are also welcome to to make arrangements to have your items picked up by the shipper of your choice, However, this must take place during designated pick-up times and we must receive payment for your invoice amount prior to releasing items...

Alternate Pick-up: If after winning an item you are unable to make the scheduled pick-up date and time, please contact lovelandonlineauction.com 24 hours prior to pick up date and time to request an alternate pick-up. Please use Alternate pick-up only as an exception, not as a rule. Transportation of items from one location to our Loveland location for alternate pick-up, date and time may be arranged subject to availability. Payment for items to be picked up at an alternate location must be made by providing a Visa or MasterCard Number on or before the Original Pick-up date and time. Your card will be charged the combined total of the purchase amount, associated taxes and Handling Charges. Items moved from one location to another for alternate pick-up are subject to a $2.50 per item with a $10.00 minimum Handling fee. Items not moved will be forfeited and may be subject to disposal fees in addition to the Original invoice fees...

Shipping Liability: Although we will make every effort to pack and ship items safely and securely, lovelandonlineauction.com does not assume responsibility for omissions in our packing or shipping or of other carriers or packagers of items purchased, whether recommended by us or not. Purchaser of items assumes all responsibility...

Penalties: Items not Paid for and/or picked up on designated date and time, without prior arrangements for alternate payment and pick-up being made, will be forfeited and Resold with No credit given to buyer. The buyer's account will be turned over to a Collection Agency for the combined total of the Original invoice amount and Moving or disposal fees...
